Pumpkin Cream Cheese Cupcakes

This delicious fall recipe would make a wonderful dessert or even a sweet treat breakfast! Eaten with a hot cup of pumpkin spice coffee, HEAVEN! I hope you enjoy these as much as my family did! Cupcake batter
 15 oz can pumpkin
 2 cups sugar
 4 eggs
 ¾ cup avocado oil
 1 tsp salt
 1 tsp baking powder
 1 tsp baking soda
 ½ tsp cinnamon
 ½ tsp pumpkin spice
 2 cups all purpose flour
Topping
 8 oz cream cheese
 1 cup milk chocolate chips
  cup sugar
 1 egg

For batter:

Beal all ingredients well with stand mixer. Fill cupcakes liners 3/4 of the way full.

For topping:

Beat sugar, eggs, cream cheese well. Fold in chocolate chips. Put on heaping teaspoon of mixture in the middle of each cupcake. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes.
