Meal Plan Monday #3

Hello there friends! I took last week off from meal planning for some much needed family time in the mountains. It was glorious and just what we all needed, but I’m definitely feeling the vacation bloat and ready to get back on track with my healthy eating this week.  Lots of veggies and lots of water this week! Here’s what the plan is for dinners…

Monday: Turkey Sausage & Sweet Potato Skillet Anna Bruce Blog

I have made this every week since I found this recipe. It is seriously SO good! I can’t get enough of it! And so good for you and GREAT leftover! YES!

Tuesday: Chili Anna Bruce Blog

Wednesday: Stuffed Pasta Shells Will Cook For Smiles

*I’m adding ground beef and using Italian cheese instead of Mozzerella

Thursday: Eat out

Friday: Enchiladas Sandy Toes and Popsicles

*I like to use Salsa instead of enchilada sauce for this

Saturday: Steak and/or Chicken on the grill with vegetables

Sunday: Leftovers
