Ingredients
 1 cup old fashioned oatmeal
 ½ cup peanut butter
 ½ cup ground flaxseed
 1 cup unsweetened, shredded coconut
 ½ cup honey
 1 tbsp brewer’s Yeast
 pinch of salt
 1 tsp vanilla
 ½ cup mini chocolate chips
Directions

Combine the dry ingredients (oatmeal, coconut, chocolate chips, Brewer’s Yeast, salt, and flax seed) first. Next add the wet ingredients (peanut butter, honey, and vanilla) with stand mixer on low until combined. Refrigerate for at least an hour. Remove from fridge, form into small balls about a tablespoon each. store in fridge for up to a week. You can also freeze them and then just take out a few at a time a keep them in the fridge until you’re ready to eat them. If you’re not breastfeeding, you can still have these as a great energy snack by just eliminating the brewers yeast.
