Preheat oven to 350. With a blender, beat butter until smooth then add in both sugars and cream together.
Mix in Molasses, salt, eggs, and vanilla.
Next, add in flour, baking powder, baking soda.
Then stir in oats and chocolate chips.
Line cookie sheet with parchment paper or use a silicon baking mat. Scoop out about 2 tbsp of dough and roll into a ball and place on baking sheet spacing about 2-3 inches apart.
Bake 10-15 minutes until lightly golden on top. DO NOT OVERBAKE. Remove from oven and let cook on cooling rack.
